在全球化的影響下，青少年失業上昇，市民收入下降，人囗老化又缺乏退休保障，社會貧富差距擴大，社會服務發展未能附合社會上的期望。我們需要一個有前瞻性的人口政策以便建立房屋、醫療，教育、環保、就業、稅收、經濟及社會服務的俱體方案。
我們需要一個正直行動派，敢於創新求真，勇於承擔，願意爭取平等、公義，願意接觸群眾向基層學習，會以社會平衡發展作為目標的特首。我們要爭取社工專業發展，為基層及弱勢社群發聲。
As a community worker, I belief in the innate beauty, strength, rights and dignity of every individual. By integrating Chinese culture and Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts into empowerment of disadvantaged population, I promoted innovative body-mind-spirit approach to foster self-help and mutual help among the vulnerable groups in Hong Kong.
Under the influence of globalization, youth unemployment increase, average income decline, lack of retirement protection for the rapidly aging population, widening gaps between the rich and the poor, social service and professional social work services cannot catch up with the rising societal expectations. We need a forward looking population policy in order to formulate concrete plans for housing, health, education, environmental, economic and social policies for all.
We need a Chief Executive who is action oriented, willing to fight for justice and social equity, place equal emphasis on social and economic policies. We want a strong social work profession to advocate for the disadvantaged population in Hong Kong.
