我是一名註冊社工，現時在香港大學社會工作及社會行政學系任職研究助理，主要研究福利政策及其他社工範疇。在過去幾年，透過學術研究和參與社區服務，我深深明白到香港的社會問題及福利制度，以及我們要怎樣追求一個公義、民主和關愛的社會。我期望當成為代表社福界的選委後，能夠貢獻所長，監察政府施政及為社會上有需要的人士發聲，特別是那些來自弱勢社群的朋友。
I am a registered social worker and am now working as a researcher on welfare policy and social work at the University of Hong Kong. Over the past few years, through academic research and social service I have involved, I understand deeply about the social problems and issues related to welfare policies in Hong Kong, and also what we need to do in pursuing a just, democratized and compassionate society. I aspire that as a member of the Election Committee representing the social welfare sector, I can contribute my efforts to monitor the government and speak up for those in need in our society, especially those from the disadvantaged groups.
