作為一名新移民，在香港生活工作剛滿十年，對於不同文化背景人士，如少數族裔、新來港人士，在教育、就業、適應以及生活的艱辛感同身受。作為一名社工，我致力爭取改善香港的政治文化生態環境，消除社會人士對少數族裔、新來港人士的偏見；亦關注不同文化背景人士（少數族裔以及新來港人士）的平等受教育以及就業的權益，以推動香港的民主、自由、人權及法治的發展。

As a New Arrival, I have been living here for ten years. During the past years, my experience of how to adapt to Hong Kong Society makes me understand more about the hardships of people with different cultural backgrounds, such as Minorities, and New Arrivals, who are fighting for cultural adaptation, for equal opportunities in education and employment. As a social worker, I devote to improving the ecological environment of politics and cultural tolerance of Hong Kong society. I advocate the elimination of prejudice and discrimination against people with different cultural backgrounds. I am also concerned with the promotion of equal opportunities in education, employment and social inclusion of diverse of people (Minorities and New Arrivals), so that Hong Kong can develop in the right direction of democracy, freedom, human rights and rule of law.
